Digital Discovery Assessment

A status assessment that leaves you something

We come to you, record your situation in a structured way and then deliver a written assessment: where you stand, which three areas of action bring the most, roughly what they cost and what we specifically propose.

The assessment is a service in its own right, with a result that belongs to you. Even if you do not go on to work with us.

01 · What you receive

A result, not a sales pitch

What sets this apart from a first conversation is the preparation and what you hold afterwards. We work to the same framework we use to set up projects, which is why the result remains usable even without us.

Status assessment

Where your business stands today: system landscape, process maturity, data quality, dependencies on individual people. Described soberly, with no glossing over in either direction.

Prioritised areas of action

The three places with the greatest leverage, put in order. For each of them, what happens if you do nothing, often the more decisive figure.

Effort range

For every area of action, a reliable order of magnitude for effort and duration. Not a quote, but enough to budget and to decide internally.

A concrete proposal

What we would tackle first in your position and with which solution, including an offer, should you want to go on with us. Without obligation.

We are not selection consultants and we do not sell evaluation projects. After a day you know where you stand and you have a document you can work with internally.
02 · The first step

Every assessment starts with a phone call

We do not arrange an assessment without having spoken to each other first. In around twenty minutes we clarify the task, which topics matter most, who should be present and whether a half or a full day fits. Only then do we propose a date and the specialist who suits the task.

What we clarify in the call

first

The size of your company

From 60 employees upwards. It decides whether an assessment is an option at all, which is why the question comes at the beginning and not at the end.

The task at hand

What is coming up, what hurts, which decision is on the table.

The scope

One topic or several areas, that determines whether a half or a full day fits.

Who takes part

Who should be there on the day for it to pay off: management, the business unit, IT.

Your expectation

What should be on paper at the end so that it serves you internally, even without us.

Whether it fits at all

Sometimes the honest answer is that an assessment would do nothing for you. Then we say so.

The initial call is free and without obligation. No costs arise as long as no date has been confirmed in writing.

03 · Scope and flat fee

Half day or full day

Both packages include preparation, the on-site work and the written assessment. The difference lies in the depth and in how many areas and people you can involve. Which package fits is something we decide together in the initial call. You do not have to commit beforehand.

04 · Terms

What is included · and how it is invoiced

Company size From 60 employees upwards. This size is a precondition, not a guideline. It is the criterion we clarify first in the initial call. We do not offer assessments to smaller companies; in that case please get in touch through the contact form.
Precondition Every assessment is preceded by a free initial call of around 20 minutes. Only then do we arrange a date, that protects both sides from a day that leads nowhere.
Flat fee CHF 500 for the half day, CHF 1,000 for the full day. Including VAT: the amount stated is the amount invoiced.
Travel and expenses Included within Switzerland. No mileage, no travel time and no incidental costs are added.
Credit If you engage us with the implementation within six months, the flat fee is credited in full against the fee.
Invoicing No advance payment. The invoice is issued after the assessment by the company that carried it out: payable within 30 days.
Who comes Depending on the task, a different specialist from our network takes it on. Which company carries out the assessment and invoices it is something we name in the confirmation: before the date, not after it.
Rescheduling Free of charge up to 5 working days before the date. After that we look for a solution together.
Result You receive the assessment within 10 working days of the date. It belongs to you and may be used freely inside your company.
Commitment Your enquiry is without obligation. The date becomes binding only with our written confirmation, which records date, place, the company carrying it out and the flat fee.

Why charge a flat fee at all? Because demand exceeds the time available. Preparation, travel and the written evaluation are real work, and a paid assessment forces both sides to take the day seriously. In return you get a result that holds up even without a follow-up engagement.

For the same reason there is a minimum size of 60 employees. This is not a question of budget but of effect: only from that size onwards are there separate business units, grown system landscapes and interfaces between departments, precisely the points where an assessment finds something you do not already know internally. Below that we recommend going straight through the contact form: we will tell you openly whether and what is worthwhile.

05 · After the initial call

Request an assessment

Have we already spoken on the phone? Then you can request the date directly here. If not, book the initial call first. We do not arrange an assessment without a prior conversation.

Your enquiry

Without obligation: the date becomes binding only with our written confirmation, which states date, place, the company carrying it out and the flat fee.

Half day · 3 hours on siteCHF 500 flat, incl. VAT

Thank you: your enquiry has reached us.

We will get back to you within one working day with a proposed date, the company carrying out the assessment and the questionnaire for preparation.

The date becomes binding only with our written confirmation. Until then no costs arise for you.

06 · Frequently asked

What you probably still want to know

Does this apply to smaller companies too?No. We carry out assessments from 60 employees upwards. Below that, the separate business units and grown interfaces an assessment works on are usually missing. Do get in touch through the contact form anyway: there is often a smaller, better-suited route.
Why a phone call first?Because an assessment only pays off when the task is clear and the right people are at the table. We settle that in twenty minutes and we also tell you when an assessment would do nothing for you.
Who comes to us?A specialist from our network, chosen for your task. Someone different for an ERP question than for a question about document filing. We name the person and the company in the confirmation.
Who issues the invoice? The company that carried out the assessment, after the date, payable within 30 days. You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately.
Do we have to prepare anything?A short questionnaire, around 20 minutes. If you have system overviews or process descriptions, we look at them in advance. But it is not required.
Who should take part? For the half day, one person with an overview is usually enough. For the full day it pays off to bring management, the business unit concerned and IT together: the friction shows up in the conversation between these roles.
What if we do not continue afterwards? Then you keep the assessment and we wish you well. The flat fee covers the work done; no further obligation arises.
And if we do continue? If you engage us within six months, the flat fee is credited in full against the fee. In retrospect the assessment then costs you nothing.
Outside Switzerland as well?In principle yes, but by arrangement, travel and effort are agreed separately. The flat fees on this page apply to dates within Switzerland.
